Purchasing a vacation or second home is different than purchasing your primary home or an investment property and it’s important that it be evaluated differently as well. Some of the factors that you may want to consider are: 1) Do you plan on renting out your second home sometime? 2) Do you like having more or less services? What services are must haves? 3) Would you prefer to own a condo or a home? 4) Which is more important, view or size?
